The Various Attribution Windows Available

Change Attribution Windows in Facebook Ads
- Click Columns button
- Select Customize Columns…
- Click Attribution Windows (lower right corner) from the pop-up window.
- Check the various boxes to view the different click and view windows available.
View Campaigns Based on Various Attribution Windows in Facebook Ads
It’s pretty self-explanatory from here—you should see something similar to what’s shown in the image below. Now you can analyze performance based on what users do 1, 7, or 28 days after clicking or viewing your ad. Be on the lookout for campaigns with results (i.e. conversions) that increased after 7 days and again after 28—these campaigns may not be top performers in the one or two days after users initially interact with it. But, they come back days or weeks later and complete the purchase (or whatever your conversion may be), evidence that the ad resonated with the user on a deeper level as time passed. Once you uncover this from the data, continue to dig into the campaigns, ad groups and ads to find the why behind the data.
